You have 9+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas, with a strong expertise in two or more of the following: Cryptography and Kubernetes Security. You are passionate about building secure systems and have a proven track record of identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in complex infrastructures. Your ability to attract top talent and represent the security engineering discipline throughout the organization is a key strength. You are comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that security is a priority across all teams.
You possess a deep understanding of security protocols and best practices, and you are adept at communicating complex security concepts in a clear and concise manner. Your experience includes working with data analytics and machine learning platforms, and you are committed to making Databricks a safer environment for its customers. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of security awareness.
