What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will be the primary technical voice for our largest enterprise accounts, guiding them through the adoption of our products. You will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and implement technical strategies that drive the successful use of Databricks solutions. Your role will involve leading discussions with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and then aligning our offerings to meet those needs.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring that they see the value in our solutions. By leading technical workshops and presentations, you will demonstrate the capabilities of Databricks products and how they can facilitate data-driven transformations.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop proofs of concept and technical demonstrations that showcase the power of our platform. Your insights will help shape product development and enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.

You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your leadership will contribute to building a strong technical team that is well-equipped to support our clients.
