What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Druva, you will serve as the technical lead for customer engagements — your role will involve designing comprehensive, value-driven sales campaigns that highlight the benefits of Druva's Data Security Cloud. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that address their specific challenges.

You will be responsible for conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of Druva's solutions — your expertise will help potential customers understand how to secure and recover their data effectively. Additionally, you will provide guidance on best practices for data protection and governance, ensuring that customers can maximize the value of their investments.

Your role will also involve participating in strategic planning sessions, where you will contribute insights on market trends and customer feedback — this information will be vital in shaping Druva's product roadmap and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will work with engineering and product teams to relay customer requirements and advocate for features that align with market demands.
