What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Delivery Solutions Architects focused on the Healthcare & Life Sciences segment. Your primary responsibility will be to define strategy and set the execution rhythm for your team, ensuring that they can navigate the complexities of multi-stakeholder enterprise programs. You will coach your team to minimize onboarding friction and remove blockers, enabling them to bring critical HLS use cases into production efficiently.

You will be responsible for driving compliance-aware technical excellence, ensuring that your team maintains a deep understanding of the Data Intelligence Platform alongside core compliance requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in helping customers achieve clear, measurable outcomes from their data and AI initiatives.

You will also collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including payers, providers, med-tech, and biopharma customers, to modernize clinical intelligence and streamline R&D operations. Your role will involve continuous improvement of processes and practices within your team, fostering an environment where innovation can thrive.
