You are skilled in implementing data pipelines and have experience in model building and deployment. You are also adept at facilitating workshops and design sessions, gathering customer requirements, and scoping projects to meet strategic goals.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Resident Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in the Professional Services team, engaging with clients on short to medium-term projects aimed at solving their big data challenges. You will lead the implementation of data pipelines, guiding clients through the entire process from data engineering to model deployment. Your role will involve ensuring that Databricks best practices are adhered to throughout all projects, maintaining a high standard of quality and service.

You will facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions, working closely with clients to gather requirements and scope new projects. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be essential in helping clients understand the value of the solutions you propose. You will also assist project managers in estimating the level of effort required for various engagements, helping to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.

In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you will be expected to document your work thoroughly, providing clear and comprehensive documentation for each engagement. This will not only help in maintaining a record of your projects but also serve as a valuable resource for future reference.
