Who you are
You have a strong background in cloud platforms and data engineering, with experience in data analytics and machine learning. You are comfortable working in customer-facing roles and have a knack for building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. Your expertise includes open-source projects such as Apache Sparkβ’, Delta Lake, and MLflow, which you leverage to help customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with sales teams, product teams, and post-sales teams. You are adept at consulting on big data architecture and implementing proof of concepts for strategic customer projects. Your ability to validate integrations with cloud services and third-party applications sets you apart.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will partner with the sales team to help customers understand how the Databricks platform can solve their business problems. You will provide technical leadership, guiding customers through the evaluation and adoption of Databricks. Your role will involve consulting on big data architecture and implementing proof of concepts for data science and machine learning projects.
You will build and present reference architectures and how-tos, demonstrating applications for customers. Your responsibilities will include developing architectures and solutions using the Databricks platform, ensuring that customers can successfully implement the solutions you design. You will work closely with customers to identify use cases and guide them through the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and building champions within their organizations.
