Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience working with large enterprises in the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors, helping them become more data-driven. Your background in pre-sales and technical account management has equipped you with the skills to define and direct technical strategies effectively. You understand the relevance and application of machine learning and artificial intelligence across various use cases, which is crucial for guiding clients on their transformational journeys.
Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your technical expertise in big data and cloud technologies. You are comfortable working alongside Account Executives and technical teams to maximize success in your accounts. You have a knack for value selling and can articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in mentoring team members and building a movement of technical champions within accounts is a plus. Familiarity with Databricks products and solutions will help you align technical strategies effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the main technical voice for Databricks, working closely with up to 9 clients to implement tailored technical strategies. You will lead customers through the evaluation and adoption of Databricks solutions, ensuring they understand the value and impact of integrating machine learning and AI into their operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate the capabilities of Databricks products.
You will also provide structured mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Your role will involve aligning technical strategies around Databricks solutions and helping clients navigate their data-driven transformation journeys.
