You are an experienced pre-sales professional with a successful track record of helping large enterprises become more data-driven. With a solid background in value selling and technical leadership, you understand the relevance and application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence within various use cases. You have the ability to establish strong relationships with clients, acting as the main technical voice for Databricks while guiding them on their transformational journey.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Account Executives and hands-on resources. Your experience in technical account management allows you to implement strategies that maximize success in critical accounts. You are also committed to mentoring other team members, sharing your insights and expertise to foster a culture of growth and respect.
Desirable
You have a proven ability to build a movement of technical champions within accounts, aligning technical strategies around Databricks solutions. Your proficiency in establishing virtual customer relationships enhances your effectiveness in this role, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with 1-5 clients, leading them through the evaluation and adoption of Databricks products. You will define and direct the technical strategy for these accounts, ensuring that clients understand the value of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include building proofs of concept and demonstrating the capabilities of Databricks' products to drive deeper adoption of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
You will implement the technical strategy in alignment with the overall account strategy, providing structured mentorship for other team members. Your insights and contributions will be respected by your peers, as you leverage your experience to guide clients on their data-driven journeys. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure that the technical aspects of the solutions are effectively communicated and understood by clients.
