What you'll do
As a Resident Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will handle a variety of impactful customer technical projects. This includes designing and building reference architectures, creating how-to guides, and productionalizing customer use cases. You will work with engagement managers to scope professional services work, ensuring that customer requirements are met effectively. Your role will involve guiding strategic customers through the implementation of transformational big data projects, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications. You will consult on architecture and design, providing escalated support for customer operational issues. Collaboration with Databricks Technical, Project Managers, Architects, and Customer teams will be essential to ensure that all technical components of engagements are delivered to meet customer needs.
