You have a strong background in product management, particularly in technical environments, with a focus on user experience and product improvement. Your experience allows you to understand both functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, scalability, security, and compliance. You are adept at collaborating with engineering teams and technical field organizations to ensure that the features designed and shipped meet customer needs effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to act as a bridge between technical teams and product management. Your insights from customer proof of concepts, benchmarks, and real-world implementations inform product decisions, ensuring that the product evolves in line with user expectations and market demands. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by a desire to solve complex problems.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Databricks, you will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to design and ship features that deliver outstanding user experiences. You will evaluate how workloads are implemented on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and identify opportunities for product enhancements. Your role will involve gathering insights from customer interactions and translating them into actionable product improvements.
You will ensure that product improvements are communicated effectively back to the field, facilitating a seamless flow of information between technical teams and product management. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
