You have a strong background in data engineering and AI workflows, with proven experience in troubleshooting and optimizing production systems. Your expertise in the Databricks platform allows you to provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their data pipelines run smoothly and efficiently. You are empathetic in your communications, able to diffuse escalations during incidents, and act with urgency to find solutions. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively with product engineering teams and technical account managers to deliver an excellent customer experience.
You possess deep knowledge of Spark core internals, Spark SQL, and Delta, which allows you to conduct thorough code-level analyses of customer workloads. Your ability to understand complex systems and identify issues quickly makes you a valuable asset to the team. You are committed to continuous learning and development, always seeking to deepen your product expertise across various technologies.
What you'll do
As a Senior Data & AI Technical Solutions Engineer at Databricks, you will be the first point of contact for customer production issues, providing initial analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for data engineering and AI workloads.
