Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in Data & AI architectures, having successfully maintained complex production environments while adhering to SLAs. Your expertise allows you to mentor others in producing technical solutions for customer issues, including deep dives into production data pipelines and AI workflows. You are recognized for your leadership and technical depth, especially during critical production downtime situations. You collaborate effectively with product engineering and customer account teams to deliver results for customers. Your ability to troubleshoot complex customer situations makes you a key player in a world-class global support engineering organization.
What you'll do
As a Staff Data & AI Technical Solutions Engineer, you will lead and drive technical solutions for a breadth of complex problems reported by Databricks customers. This includes addressing escalated and critical scenarios, where you will perform code-level analysis and systems architecture assessments of customer workloads. You will work with Databricks products, including Spark core internals, Spark SQL, Delta, DLT, and Model Serving. Your role will involve providing customers with the guidance and expertise needed to build performant architectures and reliable services that align with their strategic objectives using the Databricks platform.
