You are a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer with over 10 years of experience in providing frontline support for complex technical challenges. Your expertise in troubleshooting and diagnostics allows you to resolve high-impact problems effectively, ensuring the seamless operation of data solutions. You have a strong background in engaging with customers to understand their technical issues and requirements, providing timely and actionable solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
Your experience includes leading the resolution of high-priority incidents, coordinating with various teams to address and mitigate issues swiftly. You conduct thorough root cause analyses and develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence, showcasing your analytical skills and attention to detail. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, product management, and DevOps teams to share insights and drive improvements to the platform.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and proficiency in data processing frameworks like Apache Spark are highly desirable. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL will further enhance your ability to address technical challenges effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalated issues related to the Databricks Data Intelligence platform. You will provide expert-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution for complex problems affecting system performance and reliability. Engaging directly with customers, you will understand their technical issues and requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and clear solutions.
