What you'll do

In this role, you will create and maintain documentation that helps data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts effectively use Databricks. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand the intricacies of the technology and translate that into user-friendly content. Your work will involve diving deep into complex systems to make them accessible to users, ensuring that they can leverage the full potential of the platform. You will also be responsible for collaborating with Field teams to gather feedback and improve documentation based on user needs. Your contributions will play a vital role in customer success, as you help bridge the gap between sophisticated systems and the people who use them.
