You are proficient in using tools like Markdown and Docusaurus, and you have experience with version control systems such as Git. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing documentation processes independently. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for organizing complex information into cohesive systems. You are passionate about improving user experiences through effective documentation and are eager to contribute to a growing team.

What you'll do

As the Senior Documentation Manager at RevenueCat, you will take ownership of the entire documentation process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure that documentation reflects the latest product features and updates. Your role will involve structuring documentation in a way that is intuitive and easy to navigate for developers. You will also implement processes to keep documentation consistent in tone and style, making it a valuable resource for users. You will lead initiatives to improve the documentation experience, including identifying gaps and areas for enhancement. Your work will directly impact how developers interact with RevenueCat's platform, making it essential for their success. You will also mentor junior team members and help foster a culture of documentation excellence within the organization.
