You have a proven track record in customer success, particularly in the data and AI sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to identify upskilling opportunities and gaps within organizations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that drive retention and growth. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly is essential, as you will coach clients on leveraging DataCamp's offerings effectively.

You are comfortable navigating the fast-paced nature of a high-performing sales organization, and you are driven by a passion for helping others succeed in their data and AI transformation journeys.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing data and AI readiness at enterprise organizations through the power of DataCamp. You will engage with various business lines, People and Learning and Development departments, and data and AI functions to identify opportunities for upskilling. Your success will depend on your ability to understand the diverse subject matter and features of the DataCamp for Business platform, enabling you to coach clients on how to best leverage these offerings.

You will work closely with clients to drive retention and growth, ensuring they maximize the value of DataCamp's platform. This involves understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that align with their data and AI goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of DataCamp's mission.

What we offer

DataCamp offers a competitive compensation package, including a total range (base + OTE) for this role of $147,000. You will also have access to equity options, unlimited PTO, a 401K retirement plan with matching, and comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
