Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that engages learners at every stage of their journey. You will manage over 150 automated email programs, ensuring that communications are timely, relevant, and personalized. Your responsibilities will include refining and optimizing the test-learn-optimize roadmap, as well as overseeing the newsletter and blast calendar. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance user engagement and retention. Collaboration with product and content teams will be essential as you work to create compelling messaging that resonates with learners. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve DataCamp's marketing efforts.
