What you'll do

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and refining multi-channel communications that help learners start, stick with, and succeed on DataCamp. You will partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to develop campaign strategies while owning the execution of the test-learn-optimize roadmap. This includes managing a calendar of newsletters and promotional blasts, ensuring that all communications are timely and relevant.

You will analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends and insights that inform future strategies. Your role will involve A/B testing various elements of campaigns to determine the most effective approaches for engaging learners. You will also collaborate closely with product and design teams to create cohesive messaging that enhances the user experience across all touchpoints.

In this individual contributor role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on learner engagement and retention.
