What you'll do
As a Commercial Account Executive at Datadog, you will focus on acquiring new logos through outbound activities and strategic prospecting. You will become a Datadog expert through ongoing product and sales training, enabling you to manage the full sales cycle effectively. This includes conducting technical demonstrations and negotiations with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to drive top-of-funnel activity and engage with key decision-makers such as Chief Technology Officers and Engineering/IT Leaders. Your role will involve mapping and breaking into accounts creatively, ensuring that you meet the unique needs of each customer while contributing to the overall success of the Datadog team.
