What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the evolution of Datadog's Deployment Gates, transforming static rules into AI-driven decision-making processes. You will design and implement progressive deployment automation, starting with conservative AI rules and advancing towards adaptive gates that learn from incidents. Your work will involve connecting code changes to production outcomes, enabling autonomous remediation by blocking unsafe deployments and proposing fixes.

You will collaborate closely with product and UX teams to ensure that the systems you build are user-friendly and meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable production systems that integrate seamlessly with existing CI/CD pipelines. You will also be involved in problem discovery, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient.
