Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the enterprise sector, and possess strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers. You understand the importance of customer advocacy and are committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. Your experience includes building executive relationships with enterprise accounts, particularly within Fortune 1000 companies. You are adept at analyzing customer usage trends to identify renewal risks and opportunities for growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage, recruit, onboard, and train a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive adoption among existing customers through effective onboarding and education strategies. You will coach your team to build strong relationships with named enterprise accounts, ensuring they receive the support needed to maximize their use of Datadog's products. You will monitor customer lifecycles, analyzing usage trends to uncover renewal risks and identify opportunities for contract growth. Additionally, you will serve as an escalation point between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Support, Enablement, Product, Finance, and Legal, to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
