Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the B2B SaaS sector, ideally with a focus on technical customer interactions. You have a proven track record managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, demonstrating your ability to drive customer satisfaction and success. Your communication skills are expert-level, allowing you to convey complex concepts clearly and adapt your messaging to suit different stakeholders. You excel in understanding customer challenges and priorities, conducting high-level discovery to align solutions with their needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous personal and team development. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse teams and clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic engagement of Datadog's most critical enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Technical Solutions teams to design and manage the onboarding process and drive customer maturity throughout their journey. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer success plans, aligning with executive-level decision-makers to demonstrate the value and outcomes of their investment in Datadog. Building strategic relationships with influential stakeholders within customer organizations will be key to your success. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Enablement, Product, Finance, and Legal, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Analyzing usage data will help you identify opportunities for updates and mitigate risks, as you take ultimate responsibility for customer health and engagement. You will lead the development and deployment of best practices in collaboration with team members and other departments.
