What you'll do
In this role, you will recruit, build, and manage a world-class team of Enterprise Account Executives, Regional Directors, and Regional Vice Presidents focused on the federal and state, local, and education markets. You will own the public sector revenue targets, leading your organization to achieve consistent quarterly and annual attainment. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing market expansion strategies, identifying high-value agency opportunities, and optimizing sales territories for maximum impact.
You will guide your teams in developing a high-growth sales strategy that focuses on acquiring new customers while expanding existing relationships. Your leadership will be crucial in driving market penetration and ensuring that your teams are aligned with Datadog's overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer value creation is at the forefront of all initiatives.
