You are adept at navigating the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you meet and exceed your targets. Your experience in managing high-performing teams will enable you to lead your team effectively, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
Desirable
Experience in the goods and services sector is a plus, as is familiarity with experience management solutions. You may have a background in consulting or have worked with large organizations to implement software solutions that drive business outcomes. A strong network within the industry can also be beneficial as you leverage relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
What you'll do
As the Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Qualtrics' Experience Management platform. You will lead a team of Account Executives, guiding them to close experience gaps for some of the largest organizations in the world. Your role will involve setting aggressive sales goals and ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to achieve them.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your approach, allowing you to adapt strategies as necessary to meet changing demands.
In this role, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the solutions provided. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their experience management journeys and demonstrating the value of Qualtrics' offerings.
Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within your team. You will mentor and develop your team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve their professional goals. Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions will be part of your management style, ensuring that everyone is aligned and motivated to succeed.
What we offer
Qualtrics offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 USD, along with a sign-on bonus and restricted stock units.
