What you'll do
As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Datadog, you will partner with the sales team to convey the overall value proposition of Datadog's products to potential clients. You will own the technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, addressing any issues or concerns they may have to ensure a successful conclusion. Your role will involve delivering product and technical briefings to clients, showcasing the capabilities of Datadog's solutions. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, documenting customer feedback and insights from both wins and losses. Additionally, you will proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to relay product feedback and insights on the competitive landscape, helping to shape future product development.
