Sardine is hiring an Enterprise Sales Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers. You'll lead prospects through the sales process, delivering product demonstrations and connecting their needs to Sardine’s value. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in sales engineering.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in fraud prevention or compliance solutions. You are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote-first environment, demonstrating extreme ownership and a high growth orientation. Your ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs is key to your success in this role.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with prospective customers and their technical teams. Your experience in delivering product demonstrations and filling out RFPs showcases your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and understand the importance of collaboration in driving sales success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead prospects through the sales process, acting as a trusted technical advisor. You will connect customer needs to Sardine’s value proposition, helping to win new customers and drive revenue growth. Delivering best-in-class product demonstrations will be a key responsibility, showcasing how Sardine's platform can prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
You will also be involved in filling out RFPs, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that prospective customers feel confident in Sardine's capabilities. Your role will require you to engage with technical teams at prospective customers, addressing their concerns and demonstrating how Sardine's solutions can meet their needs.
