Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in human resources or people operations, ideally in a managerial role where you've successfully partnered with leadership to drive organizational change and effectiveness. Your background includes coaching and developing teams, and you have a strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at building relationships across diverse teams. You are data-driven and can analyze metrics to inform people strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. You value a positive office culture and understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a hybrid work environment, ensuring that all employees feel supported and engaged.
What you'll do
In this role, you will represent the global People Business Partner team, working closely with all employees and leadership to enhance the employee experience. You will manage a team of Global People Business Partners, focusing on coaching, developing, and managing their performance. Your responsibilities will include advising and influencing management on various people-related matters, such as performance management, career pathing, and employee engagement. You will collaborate with the Center of Excellence teams to design programs that support employee development and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will provide analysis and consulting to leadership, helping to drive data-driven people strategies that align with the company's goals. You will play a key role in shaping the people strategy to enable growth and scalability within the organization.
