What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. You will continually learn new technology to build competitive knowledge and technical skills, ensuring you can effectively deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients. You will have a direct line of communication with the product team, collaborating on feature requests based on customer feedback. Your responsibilities will include helping clients onboard the product and assisting them when they encounter roadblocks. You will think creatively about a wide variety of technical challenges during the pre-sales life cycle, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also serve as an ambassador for the Datadog brand, representing the company in a positive light during all interactions with customers and partners.
