You are familiar with SaaS and cloud technologies, and you have a solid understanding of Salesforce, which you use to manage sales processes and forecasts accurately.

Your passion for coaching and mentorship shines through in your management style — you thrive on helping your team members grow and succeed, and you are motivated by the desire to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. You are a self-starter who excels in a high-growth, rapidly changing marketplace, and you have a proven track record of overseeing outbound sales teams throughout the sales cycle.

You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can analyze metrics to improve team performance — your ability to forecast accurately allows you to set realistic goals and expectations for your team. What you'll do
