You have a proven track record in hi-tech direct sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading sales teams. Your familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies, along with your expertise in Salesforce, enables you to accurately forecast team performance and drive results. You are passionate about coaching and mentorship, thriving on helping your team grow and succeed in a high-growth, rapidly changing marketplace. You understand the nuances of the sales cycle and have experience overseeing outbound sales teams, ensuring they meet and exceed their objectives. You are a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of motivating others and creating a collaborative office culture that fosters creativity and productivity.

Desirable

While not mandatory, experience in managing a sales team in a technology-focused environment will be beneficial. A background in pipeline management and lead generation will also enhance your ability to drive your team's success. What you'll do
