You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in cloud network monitoring or related fields — you understand the complexities of managing connectivity in hybrid cloud environments and have a strong grasp of customer needs in this space. Your ability to gather insights from network engineers and cloud architects allows you to define a product roadmap that resonates with users and drives adoption.
You are data-driven and skilled in using customer feedback to identify growth opportunities — you thrive on analyzing network signals and integrating them with performance data to enhance product offerings. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and go-to-market professionals, to ensure successful product launches.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for Cloud Network Monitoring, you will own the vision and strategy for this business line — your role involves defining the product roadmap and driving the execution of features that enhance network observability. You will gather insights from various stakeholders to understand how customers design and troubleshoot their cloud networks, ensuring that our solutions meet their needs.
You will lead the strategy for network root cause analysis and remediation, focusing on reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) through intelligent automation and real-time traffic visualization. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with product teams across the organization to integrate network signals with AI and performance data, enhancing the overall value of our offerings.
In this hybrid role, you will balance working in the office with remote flexibility, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity within the team.
