What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Network Performance, you will lead a team of analysts focused on Oscar's total cost of care strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying medical expense saving opportunities and developing projections and measurements of the medical cost effects of various initiatives. You will collaborate with analytical leads across different units to ensure that your team's efforts align with the company's goals.

You will report directly to the VP of Medical Economics and participate in team meetings to discuss progress and strategies. Your role will require you to analyze data and provide insights that drive decision-making processes within the organization. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
