You are a collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge across teams.

You are familiar with cloud services, particularly AWS, and have experience using monitoring tools like Datadog to ensure system health and performance. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and value the importance of office culture and collaboration in driving innovation.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical direction of the Product Analytics team, focusing on enhancing the user analytics platform. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to architect and deliver a backend platform that supports complex analytics workloads. Your responsibilities will include defining the technical roadmap for Product Analytics and aligning multiple engineering teams around shared goals and architectural principles.

You will drive high-visibility technical initiatives, ensuring that the systems you design can handle large volumes of behavioral data with low latency and high reliability. You will evaluate and implement new technologies that can improve the performance and scalability of the analytics platform. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
