Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools allows you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, and you are comfortable communicating these insights to stakeholders at all levels.

You possess strong leadership skills and have experience managing cross-functional teams — you understand the importance of collaboration between product, engineering, and data science teams to achieve common goals. Your ability to structure complex problems and provide clear direction makes you a trusted partner in the organization.

You are data-driven and have a passion for using analytics to inform product strategy — you thrive on exploring data and uncovering trends that can lead to significant business impact. Your experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies enables you to validate hypotheses and optimize product features effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising technology space is a plus, as it gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in this industry. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude will enhance your ability to analyze user behavior and product performance.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Analytics at Vibe, you will define and lead the analytics strategy for the product team — your mission is to establish product analytics as a first-class capability within the organization. You will work closely with Product Managers to ensure they have the analytical support needed to make informed decisions.

You will be responsible for building and scaling the analytics function, developing standards and best practices that enhance the quality and relevance of insights generated. Your role will involve deriving larger implications from analyses, moving beyond individual product features to drive company-wide strategies.

You will collaborate with the Data Platform and Data Science teams to ensure that the analytics infrastructure supports the needs of the product team — this includes defining key metrics, developing dashboards, and ensuring data quality. Your ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and actionable manner will be critical to your success.
