You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with experience in a customer-facing role where you've engaged with clients to resolve complex issues. You are comfortable using various communication channels, including ticketing systems and live chat, to assist customers effectively. Your ability to reproduce technical issues and troubleshoot them autonomously sets you apart as a subject matter expert in Datadog's product areas. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.

Desirable

Experience with Datadog's integrations and familiarity with technical demos will be beneficial. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Federal Support Engineer 3 at Datadog, you will engage with customers to identify and resolve technical support requests, ensuring they are educated on how to use the platform effectively. You will handle urgent escalation cases, which may involve customer-facing troubleshooting calls and incident management. Your role will require you to dive deep into Datadog's extensive integrations, reproducing technical issues and providing solutions. You will lead high-complexity demos, showcasing advanced use cases to clients and driving product conversations based on insights gained from client interactions. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior team members, serving as their escalation partner and helping them navigate complex customer issues.
