What you'll do
As a Support Engineer II at Checkr, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues in production. You will handle complex debugging and troubleshooting tasks, requiring a high level of technical expertise. Your role will involve creating and managing escalations in Jira, minimizing resolution times, and increasing the efficiency of engineering engagements. You will draft customer communications and update the company status page, ensuring that customer-facing teams have the necessary information to maintain a superb customer experience. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of Checkr's mission to build trusted workplaces and communities.
