You understand how to translate technical concepts into business value, making you a trusted advisor to clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping customers succeed with technology. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and advocating for their goals within your organization.

Desirable

Experience with Datadog's suite of products is a plus, as is familiarity with IT operations and cloud technologies. You may have a background in software engineering or systems administration, which enhances your ability to provide technical guidance. A strong understanding of customer success metrics and experience in conducting business reviews will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Datadog, you will advise customers on technical support and product adoption, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. You will analyze customers' IT operations environments regularly and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their use of Datadog's products. Your role will involve being the customer's advocate, understanding their goals, and suggesting process changes and configurations to meet their requirements. You will participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, collaborating with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify new features and improvements. Your focus will be on continuously evolving best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.
