Who you are
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in cloud computing or related fields. Your ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be the key point of contact for technical inquiries and support. You understand the complexities of cloud infrastructures and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and opportunities for your clients, ensuring they are aligned with Scaleway's roadmap. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage post-sales relationships with strategic clients in Italy, ensuring their technical success with Scaleway's cloud products. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any technical issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing training on Scaleway's services, and continuously monitoring client satisfaction.
You will also be involved in gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and improvements.
