You have a proven track record in account development and sales leadership, with experience in driving new business and customer engagement initiatives. Your ability to analyze insights and leverage customer feedback allows you to create strategies that enhance customer adoption and expansion. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of building relationships across various teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You thrive in a leadership role, guiding a team of Account Development Representatives to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Your customer-obsessed approach ensures that you prioritize customer needs and drive initiatives that lead to successful outcomes. You are strategic in your thinking, able to pivot based on business insights and market trends.
What you'll do
As the Account Development Director, you will lead and develop a team focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will drive increased adoption and expansion within existing customers through proactive outreach and customer engagement initiatives. Your role will involve partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strong pipeline creation and positive customer outcomes.
You will act as an operations partner to the Global Lead and leadership team, helping to define and evolve strategies that align with business goals. Your insights will be crucial in identifying opportunities within unassigned accounts, leveraging tools and knowledge to maximize potential. You will advise on key initiatives and ensure that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of the market.
