You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. Your ability to effectively manage a territory and meet pre-set revenue and performance targets is essential. You understand the importance of revenue retention rates and upsell opportunities within a defined portfolio of customers, and you are skilled at building strong relationships with clients.
You are results-driven and thrive in a performance-oriented environment. Your strategic thinking allows you to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and you are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
What you'll do
As an Account Director at Cision, you will be responsible for driving revenue from the Strategic Account Management team. You will manage a growing portfolio of Cisionβs most important insight clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that you are maximizing revenue opportunities. You will work closely with your team to set and achieve revenue retention rates and upsell targets, leveraging your expertise to identify areas for improvement and growth.
You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that client expectations are exceeded and that the services provided align with their strategic goals.
