Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in technology or AI solutions — you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Your consultative sales approach allows you to understand client needs deeply and tailor solutions that deliver real value. You thrive in dynamic environments where innovation is key, and you are excited about the potential of AI to transform businesses. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience working with AI or technology solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by large enterprises in adopting new technologies. You are a strategic thinker who can contribute to refining sales methodologies and market positioning. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and go-to-market teams, will be essential in ensuring the success of the AI coaching platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the charge in driving the adoption of Valence's AI leadership coaching platform among Fortune 500 clients. You will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for growth and work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals. Your role will involve refining the company's value proposition and sales methodology to ensure that it resonates with potential clients. You will collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on client needs and help shape the development of new features that enhance the platform's value.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring that they are fully engaged and satisfied with the solutions provided. Your ability to communicate effectively and present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner will be crucial in this role. You will track and report on sales performance metrics, using data to inform your strategies and drive continuous improvement.
