You have hands-on expertise working with Docker and Kubernetes, allowing you to effectively manage containerized applications and orchestrate services in a cloud environment. Your strong experience leveraging cloud resources from different providers, particularly AWS, Azure, and GCP, equips you to design and maintain robust cloud infrastructures. You are skilled in automating technical operations, ensuring that processes are efficient and reliable. Your troubleshooting abilities extend across cloud infrastructure, systems, networks, and application stacks, enabling you to swiftly resolve issues as they arise.

You understand the importance of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools, and you have experience setting these up to detect and fix potential issues proactively. Your participation in on-call rotations demonstrates your commitment to maintaining high availability and reliability of services. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering teams to continuously improve infrastructure and deployment processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain a cloud infrastructure that supports Dataiku's SaaS offerings, primarily on AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will continuously improve the infrastructure, deployment, and configuration to deliver more reliable, resilient, scalable, and secure services. Your focus will be on automating as much of the technical operations as possible, which will enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. You will troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, systems, networks, and application stacks, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

You will set up monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to detect and fix any potential issues, contributing to the overall reliability of the services. Your role will also involve participating in on-call rotations, where you will respond to incidents and ensure that services remain operational. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in cloud infrastructure management and contribute to the collective knowledge of global tech innovators at Dataiku.
