You possess a deep understanding of machine learning, data engineering, and analytics — your technical expertise allows you to guide teams effectively and make informed decisions that enhance project delivery. You are also familiar with Google Cloud Platform, which serves as the foundation for the solutions you help implement.

Your project management skills are complemented by certifications such as Prince2 or Scrum — you have a proven track record of managing multi-stream delivery teams and navigating complex commercial arrangements. Your experience with tools like JIRA or similar ITS software enables you to track progress and ensure accountability across projects.

You are a natural communicator and negotiator — your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels ensures that project objectives are clearly understood and met. What you'll do

As a Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end success of high-value data and AI transformation projects — from initial solution design and statement of work creation to delivery and realization of business value. You will collaborate closely with the Account Manager and technical leadership to ensure that project goals align with client strategies and expectations.

Your role will involve driving strategic alignment of technical delivery roadmaps — you will work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans that leverage cutting-edge technology. You will also be responsible for steering multi-stream delivery teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

You will engage in consultative sales processes, helping to identify opportunities for growth within strategic accounts — your insights will guide the development of proposals and project scopes that resonate with clients. You will also maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns that arise.
