You have extensive experience in compliance and security, ideally with a strong background in building compliance agendas and strategies. You understand the importance of aligning compliance activities with business priorities and regulatory expectations, and you have a proven track record of driving accountability across teams. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel in mentoring and developing high-performing teams. You are adept at influencing leaders on compliance-related topics and driving necessary actions to meet compliance milestones.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with complex regulatory frameworks. You have experience in developing structured workflows and reporting mechanisms that enhance transparency and efficiency within compliance functions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
What you'll do
As the Director of Compliance at MongoDB, you will lead the enterprise Security Compliance function, ensuring that all activities align with business priorities and regulatory expectations. You will establish a compliance strategy and roadmap that promotes operational maturity and scalability while driving continuous improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with the Global Security Office and other departments to provide expert guidance on security initiatives.
You will manage a team of compliance professionals, providing ongoing coaching and support to help them excel in their roles. You will be responsible for driving accountability across business and technical leaders, ensuring that compliance milestones and deliverables are met on time and with exceptional quality. Additionally, you will assist with various projects within the Assurance, Risk, and Governance team, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What we offer
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $131,000 and $257,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
