You have a strong background in healthcare compliance, with a proven track record of leading compliance functions in a healthcare setting. Your experience includes ensuring adherence to regulatory, ethical, and quality standards, and you are adept at identifying operational and clinical risks. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do
As the Healthcare Compliance Director, you will be responsible for leading the healthcare compliance function at Equip. You will ensure that care operations, care delivery, and clinical documentation meet regulatory standards. Your role will involve proactively identifying operational and clinical risks and driving remediation efforts to mitigate those risks. You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and other leaders to develop and implement compliance strategies that align with the company's mission and values.
You will oversee the compliance training programs for staff, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and best practices. Additionally, you will monitor compliance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining Equip's reputation as a trusted provider of eating disorder treatment.
