Who you are
You have a strong background in legal counsel, particularly in contracts related to healthcare, and you understand the nuances of working with payer/provider and supplier agreements. Your experience allows you to navigate complex legal landscapes and provide practical solutions that align with business strategies. You are adept at managing legal risks and ensuring compliance while fostering collaboration across teams. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable taking ownership of projects in a lean legal team. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide thoughtful and practical legal counseling on various issues related to product features and commercial transactions.
