Who you are

You have experience in a similar role for a large global organization, demonstrating a keen eye for process and excellent communication skills, particularly over email and Teams. You thrive in pressurized situations, maintaining a calm and measured approach while managing multiple projects. Your understanding of the production process is complemented by familiarity with key software packages such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and C4D.

What you'll do

As the Studio Manager at DAZN, you will work closely with the VP of Creative and the Head of Automation to ensure that the full Monthly make list is progressing as planned, meeting management and stakeholder expectations regarding hours allocation and delivery deadlines. You will manage the project management systems, specifically Monday.com and Float, responding to new briefs in a timely manner and flagging any urgent issues to the Creative team. In collaboration with the Creative Team leadership in London, you will allocate resources effectively in both Monday.com and Float, ensuring that all project details are accurately linked and accessible to designers and editors.

You will create new projects within the diary system Float, including unique job numbers for easy access, and ensure that freelancers are booked in all systems while liaising with the Finance assistant to process POs and invoices accurately and promptly. Your role will also involve reconciling hours spent on each project, ensuring that the hours booked in Float reflect an accurate picture of project completion. This position requires a proactive approach to managing workflows and ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed.
