What you'll do
As a Conversational Design Intern at Cresta, you will assist in the design of high-quality AI conversation models that provide real-time coaching and assistance for contact center agents. You will work closely with the Conversation Design team, contributing to the development of conversational experiences for both voice and chat interfaces. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional team members from Machine Learning, Data Science, Program Management, Customer Success, Product Leadership, and Engineering to ensure that the designs meet user needs and business objectives.
