Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI or technology-driven products. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them. Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle. You possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, or have equivalent technical experience that allows you to understand the complexities of AI technologies. You are driven by a commitment to excellence and have a winner's mindset that aligns with Decagon's values.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Decagon, you will lead the Agent Product Management team, guiding the development and deployment of AI agents for various clients. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the AI agents are tailored to enhance their customer interactions. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering and design teams to create a seamless integration of AI technology into existing systems. You will also be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholder expectations. Your expertise will help shape the future of customer experiences across multiple channels, including voice, chat, and email.
