You are a highly organized individual with a knack for coordinating events and marketing efforts. Your excellent communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly the sales team, to align marketing strategies with sales goals. You are proactive and excited to support a sales-driven team, bringing energy and enthusiasm to your role. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus, as you understand the importance of leveraging technology to enhance marketing efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist with the coordination and execution of field events, conferences, and activations. This includes managing logistics, vendor communication, and shipping needs to ensure that every event is a success. You will conduct research to identify high-impact events and sponsorship opportunities that align with Decagon's marketing strategy. Your role will also involve managing swag and gifting, ensuring that all materials are prepared and delivered on time. You will work closely with the sales team before, during, and after each activation to ensure seamless alignment and maximize the impact of each event. Your contributions will help fuel the pipeline for the Sales and SDR teams, making you a key player in Decagon's marketing efforts.
